Obtaining Illinois GED® Transcripts

Illinois GED records are not centralized, but are kept at the Regional Office of Education for the county where the test was taken (with the exception of Cook County which has its own GED Office). To obtain a copy of a GED Transcript, Certificate or for GED verifications, please contact the appropriate regional office.
