Purpose: The Workforce Development Grant Business and Industry Services Component Report is used to prepare a statewide summary report that contains information about the outcomes and impacts of the programs and activities supported with grant funds. This information will be used to answer questions about the grant program to the ICCB, the General Assembly, the Governor's office, the IBHE, and the general public, as appropriate.

When completing this report, only report activities that have been supported partially or totally by the workforce development grant. The following categories have been developed to capture your workforce development activities:
